Administrator: Elizabeth J. Schmeizl

Elizabeth J. Schmeizl is a licensed nursing home administrator and is responsible for overseeing the operations, staffing and patient care at Brook Hollow. She has 11 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
 

Director of Admissions: Leigh Bolduc

Leigh Bolduc is our Director of Admissions and Marketing. She helps expedite the admissions process for patients and their families. Leigh has 15 years of experience in HealthCare.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Deanna Thornton

Deanna Thornton helps our residents achieve as much mobility and independence as possible. She has over 14 years of experience in health care and physical therapy and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in physical therapy from Quinnipiac College.
