Our care approach is patient-centered and involves an integrated program of therapies that address the total well- being of our patients. For each resident, we create an individual care plan and assemble a care team that may include specialists from several areas. The goal is to design a course of treatment and therapy that best meets the needs of the resident.

Brook Hollow Health Care Center is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the continuous monitoring and improvement of the safety and quality of care provided to the American public.

Brook Hollow Health Care Center is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, set back from the road by beautifully landscaped lawn and grounds. Our building itself recently underwent major renovations and is just as beautiful and comfortable inside.
