Staff can choose the hours and shifts that work best for them. We do everything we can to accommodate their schedule. Baylor Program and Partial shifts are available as well as per diem in the Nursing Department.

• PAID VACATION
All of our full-time employees receive a generous paid vacation package. The first week’s paid vacation can be taken after the first six months of employment.
• PERSONAL DAYS
All of our full-time employees shall earn five (5) personal leave days annually.
• PAID HOLIDAYS
All employees are paid time and one-half (1 1/2) for hours worked and given another day off with pay. Six (6) recognized holidays.
• PAID BEREAVEMENT TIME
We understand that families need to be together in times of grief.
• PAID JURY DUTY
Jury duty is part of being a good citizen. We will continue to pay you your regular salary if you are called upon to serve on a jury for a maximum of twenty (20) work days.
• DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION
Enjoy the convenience of NOT having to go to the bank to deposit your paycheck—and having your money available to you immediately.
• CREDIT UNION
Looking for an alternative to big-bank fees on loans and credit? We offer you the option of credit union membership.
• "PERFECT ATTENDANCE" REWARDS
We offer financial incentives for perfect
attendance during a given 6-month period.
After six months of perfect attendance, you
will receive a $50 savings bond. Go another
six months without missing a day, and you
will again receive a $50 savings bond. And to
reward you for a full 12 months of perfect
attendance, we will give you an additional
$100 savings bond. Planned vacation time
will not be counted against an employee’s
attendance record -- we want our staff to
enjoy their time off!
• NEWSLETTER
Our company newsletter keeps our employees aware and informed of company policies, facility news, current trends in health and nursing care and employee activities. It offers a vehicle for communication between management and staff.
• OTHER
